Silver Valley Farms, a family-owned industry leader, is expanding and searching for a Quality Control Supervisor for its frozen fruit products. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Production and ensure that each product meets regulatory, customer, and internal standards. Essential skills include communication, decision-making, and a background in quality assurance for food manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily reports and samples for the quality control team
• Review production grading records and food safety documentation
• Train and supervise Quality Control technicians effectively




• Maintain and review product specifications consistently
• Conduct physical tests on raw materials and finished products
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Food Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing
• Familiarity with internal and 3rd party auditing processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Solid communication skills and attention to detail
