Role Overview

We are hiring a Transcriptionist to convert audio and video into accurate written records. The role demands a sharp ear, fast fingers, and the discipline to deliver clean, formatted transcripts on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Transcribe audio and video files into accurate written transcripts
Edit AI-generated transcripts for accuracy, formatting, and speaker attribution
Format transcripts according to client style guides and templates
Flag inaudible sections, technical terms, and named entities for review
Meet daily turnaround targets while maintaining accuracy benchmarks
Maintain confidentiality of all transcription content

Required Skills and Qualifications
1+ years in transcription, captioning, or related work
Typing speed of 70+ WPM with high accuracy
Excellent written English including grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Familiarity with transcription tools (Express Scribe, Otter, Rev, oTranscribe)




Ability to maintain focus during long-form audio
Comfort handling sensitive or confidential material
