Role: Frontend Engineer

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $95,000 – $160,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Frontend Engineer to build accessible, performant, and beautiful interfaces. The role partners with design and product to translate ideas into shipped UI — the surface customers actually touch.

Key Responsibilities
Build user interfaces in React, Vue, or similar contemporary framework
Translate design specs into pixel-accurate, accessible, performant code
Maintain and evolve the design system and shared component library
Optimise frontend performance, including bundle size and Core Web Vitals
Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering practices
Partner closely with designers and product managers throughout the build cycle

Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years building production frontend applications
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Vue, and modern CSS
Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Pinia, or similar)
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)



and testing tools
Understanding of web performance optimisation
Strong design sensibility and care for craft
