Compensation: Market-competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $65,000 – $95,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and shepherd candidates through hiring processes. The role partners with hiring managers to fill roles thoughtfully — focused on candidate experience and quality of hire.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define what great looks like
Screen candidates and present qualified shortlists
Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback
Maintain ATS hygiene and report on funnel health
Champion candidate experience throughout the process

Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment
Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search
Excellent written and verbal communication




Bias for proactive candidate engagement and white-glove experience
Comfort with structured interviewing and scorecard methodology
