Role: Motion Designer
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $65,000 – $105,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Motion Designer to bring brand and product to life through animation. The role works across product UI motion, brand films, social, and ads — turning static design into stories that move.

Key Responsibilities
Design and produce motion graphics for product, marketing, and brand
Animate UI motion specs and partner with engineering on implementation
Develop animation systems and reusable motion libraries
Storyboard and collaborate with creative leads on briefs
Sound design and basic editing for short-form video assets
Maintain organised project files and asset libraries

Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years in motion design (in-house or agency)
Mastery of After Effects; working knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus
Strong portfolio across brand, product, and ad motion
Familiarity with Lottie and motion handoff for engineering




Strong understanding of animation principles and timing
Eye for typography and visual design fundamentals
