Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $48,000 – $72,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial recordkeeping. The role keeps the books accurate, the bank reconciled, and the business ready for monthly close — so leadership always has clean numbers to act on.

Key Responsibilities
Record daily transactions in the accounting system (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment processor accounts on a weekly basis
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and bill payments
Maintain organised digital records of receipts, invoices, and supporting documents
Support monthly and quarterly close with accurate ledger entries
Work with the controller on reporting, audit prep, and process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years in a bookkeeping or accounting support role
Hands-on with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting platforms
Robust proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets




Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation discipline
Familiarity with US GAAP basics is a plus
Discretion when handling sensitive financial information
