Recent Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking experienced SQL Server DBAs to support enterprise data platforms for a large-scale, high-availability workplace. This role will contribute to both operational support and transformation initiatives, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability of SQL Server environments.

You will play a key role in maintaining business-critical systems and supporting modernization efforts across the data platform.

Responsibilities
Administer SQL Server environments (2016 and newer)
Manage backup/recovery, HA/DR (Always On, clustering)
Monitor and tune database performance
Support patching, upgrades, and migrations
Troubleshoot production issues and incidents
Implement automation and monitoring solutions




Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams

Requirements
7+ years of SQL Server DBA experience
Solid experience with Always On Availability Groups
Experience with performance tuning and optimization
Experience with backup/recovery and DR planning
Familiarity with cloud-based SQL platforms is an asset
Experience supporting mission-critical systems
