Role Overview

We are hiring a Python Developer to build and maintain backend services and data pipelines. The role works on real product systems — clean code, sensible architecture, and the discipline to keep what you ship working tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain Python backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
Write clean, well-tested code following up-to-date Python best practices
Design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs
Optimise performance and resource usage across services
Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams
Contribute to code reviews and engineering documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years building production Python applications
Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and containerisation (Docker)
Comfortable with Git, CI/CD,



and modern testing frameworks (pytest)
Pragmatic approach to trade-offs between speed and quality
