Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will lead the financial strategy, oversee financial planning, ensure transparency in reporting, and manage the preparation of financial statements. Responsibilities include developing long-term financial goals, conducting financial analysis, supporting decision-making processes, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policy.
The CFO will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive business growth and financial stability.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Financial Planning and the development of strategic financial initiatives
Expert knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting processes
Solid Financial and Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making
Comprehensive understanding of compliance with financial regulations
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Experience in international operations and knowledge of duty-free or retail industries is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
Proven track record in leadership roles with progressive financial management responsibilities
