Role Overview

We are hiring an Independent Consultant to lead client engagements end-to-end. The role spans diagnosis, recommendation, and implementation — bringing structured thinking and hands-on delivery to client problems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead client engagements from scoping through delivery
Conduct diagnostic analyses and develop strategic recommendations
Build models, frameworks, and decision tools tailored to each client
Run executive workshops and present recommendations to client leadership
Manage client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities
Contribute to firm IP and methodology development

Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years in management consulting or equivalent operating experience
Track record of delivering high-impact client engagements
Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence




Experience leading workstreams and managing junior team members
MBA or advanced degree preferred
