Compensation: Market-market-competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $60,000 – $95,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to own our voice across social platforms. The role is part strategist, part editor, part community builder — turning the brand into a presence people actually want to follow.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube
Manage editorial calendar and ship campaigns aligned with brand and business goals
Engage with the community in comments, DMs, and conversations across platforms
Track performance metrics and report monthly on growth and engagement
Partner with creative on assets and with paid media on amplification
Stay on top of platform changes, formats, and emerging trends

Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years managing brand social presence at scale
Strong copywriting skills with a clear voice and platform-native instincts
Hands-on with social management tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer)




Working knowledge of social ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Visual eye for content design (Canva, basic Figma) is a plus
Curiosity and bias for testing current formats and approaches
