Role Overview

We are hiring a Data Entry Specialist to capture, validate, and maintain high-quality data across our systems. The role combines speed, accuracy, and a sharp eye for inconsistencies that others might miss.

Key Responsibilities
Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and CRM platforms with high accuracy
Validate and clean existing records to remove duplicates and correct inconsistencies
Cross-reference data from multiple sources to ensure completeness
Generate routine reports and pull lists as requested by stakeholders
Flag anomalies and quality issues to the operations lead
Meet daily throughput and accuracy targets

Required Skills and Qualifications
Solid typing speed (50+ WPM) with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Attention to detail and ability to spot errors others miss
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus




Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
