Compensation: Market-competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $115,000 – $180,000 (USD equivalent), plus perks.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Strategic Adviser to support senior leadership on the highest-priority strategic questions. The role combines executive judgment with hands-on analysis — moving fluidly between framing problems and getting work done.

Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic projects assigned by senior leadership
Build analyses and recommendations for board, investor, and executive audiences
Run discovery and structured problem solving on ambiguous issues
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that cut across the company
Prepare leadership communications, decks, and memos
Advise on competitive positioning, market entry, and major strategic moves

Required Skills and Qualifications
6+ years in management consulting, strategy, or operating leadership roles
Track record of structuring and delivering complex strategic projects
Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive presence




Strong analytical skills and comfort with ambiguity
Experience working directly with C-suite leaders
MBA or advanced degree preferred
