Compensation: Market-competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $80,000 – $125,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Software QA Engineer to lead test strategy across products. The role combines deep test engineering with collaboration across product and engineering — building confidence in every release.

Key Responsibilities
Lead test strategy and planning for major features and releases
Build robust automated test frameworks across web, mobile, and API
Conduct performance, load, and security testing as needed
Mentor junior QA team members and review test coverage
Partner with product and engineering on quality definitions
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tools

Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years in software QA with strong automation focus
Proficiency with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium)
Programming proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java
Experience with API testing and performance tooling (JMeter, k6)




Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
Strong written communication and bug reporting discipline
