HR Business Partner

Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

$80,000–$120,000

Our client a growing and well-established manufacturing organization in Mississauga is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.

This is a true business-facing HR role where you’ll partner closely with leadership to support operations, drive employee engagement, and strengthen HR practices across the organization. While you may assist with occasional onboarding or hiring needs, this role is not recruitment-focused—you’ll be concentrating on the broader HR function.

What You’ll Be Doing
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
Support and guide managers through employee issues, coaching, and conflict resolution
Lead initiatives around engagement, retention, and culture
Partner on compensation reviews and HR strategy
Oversee HR policies, compliance,



and best practices in line with Ontario legislation
Support health & safety programs and workplace initiatives
Assist with onboarding and collaborate with the talent team as needed
Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and organizational development

What You Bring
5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, (must have manufacturing industry experience)
Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices
Proven experience in employee relations and business partnering
Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
CHRP/CHRL (or in progress) is an asset
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
