You will collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations and create a positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service
Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with placing orders
Provide clear information about menu items, promotions, and special offers
Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
Food Preparation
Prepare pizzas and other menu items in line with our client’s standards
Use kitchen equipment properly and follow all safety procedures
Uphold strict food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene practices
Store Operations
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate receipts
Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages
Ensure all areas of the store, including kitchen, dining, and restrooms, remain clean and organized
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with team members to meet daily operational goals
Assist in training and supporting recent hires as needed
Follow guidance and instructions from supervisors and management
Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset, but not required
Work Conditions
Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
