Role Overview

We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to source and hire engineering and technical talent. The role partners with engineering leaders to fill roles thoughtfully — fluent in the language of the engineers you're recruiting.

Key Responsibilities
Run full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles
Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, and referrals
Conduct technical screens and partner with hiring panels on assessments
Coordinate complex interview loops with engineering managers
Negotiate offers and close candidates competitively
Maintain ATS hygiene and improve funnel conversion

Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years in technical recruiting (in-house or specialist agency)
Solid understanding of engineering roles and tech stacks
Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and up-to-date ATS platforms
Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, GitHub search)




Excellent stakeholder management with engineering leaders
Track record of closing senior engineers in competitive markets
