Role: Senior Financial Analyst

Compensation: Market-competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $90,000 – $140,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to lead complex financial analyses and support strategic decisions. The role combines deep modeling with strong business partnering — translating numbers into clear narratives leadership can act on.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Lead monthly variance analysis and management reporting
Partner with business leaders on planning and decision support
Build dashboards and KPI reporting for functional teams
Support board materials, fundraising, and strategic planning
Mentor junior analysts and review their work

Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years in FP&A;, investment banking, or corporate finance
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Strong understanding of financial statements and unit economics
Experience with planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, NetSuite Planning)




Excellent written and verbal communication
CFA, MBA, or CPA is a plus
