Role Overview

We are hiring a Corporate Lawyer to advise on the full range of corporate matters — financings, M&A;, governance, securities, and commercial transactions. The role combines deep legal expertise with strong business judgement.

Key Responsibilities
Advise on financings, M&A;, and other strategic corporate transactions
Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
Manage corporate governance, board materials, and entity matters
Support securities filings and regulatory compliance as applicable
Manage outside counsel relationships and budgets
Partner with business teams on risk-aware deal structuring

Required Skills and Qualifications
JD with active bar admission in your jurisdiction
5+ years in corporate law (firm or in-house)
Robust drafting and negotiation skills across major commercial agreements
Working knowledge of corporate governance and securities law




Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance risk with business needs
