Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $90,000 – $140,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex analysis projects across the business. The role combines deep analytical work with robust stakeholder leadership — driving the analyses and recommendations that shape major decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead analysis projects spanning multiple teams and functions
Translate complex business problems into structured analytical frameworks
Build models, dashboards, and reports that inform decisions
Run stakeholder workshops and facilitate cross-functional alignment
Mentor junior analysts and review their work
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years in business analysis or analytics consulting
Solid SQL and proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Experience leading complex projects with senior stakeholders
Excellent written communication and storytelling with data




Comfort framing ambiguous problems and structuring solutions
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
