Compensation: Market-competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $75,000 – $130,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring an Operations Manager to run the systems and processes that keep the business moving. The role spans planning, vendor management, and continuous improvement — turning operational chaos into reliable execution.

Key Responsibilities
Own operational processes across multiple teams or business areas
Build and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals
Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional projects to completion
Report on operational health to leadership on a regular cadence

Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years in operations, project management, or COO-org roles
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with project management and operations tools (Asana, Notion, Monday)
Comfort owning vendor and budget relationships




Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
Process-minded and bias for documenting how things work
