This individual contributor position is ideal for professionals focused on process design and facility optimization in carbon removal projects. You’ll handle the technical integrity of DAC systems, guiding the transition from concept to deployment while ensuring energy efficiency and equipment effectiveness. Your input will be critical in enhancing facilities without direct people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead detailed process design and create robust control logic • Develop P&I; Diagrams incorporating safety standards • Execute advanced simulations to optimize energy usage • Select technologies for key DAC components • Coordinate with teams for modular DAC scale-up

Requirements: • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in relevant engineering field • P.Eng certification needed • Over 10 years of relevant experience in engineering • Proficient with Aspen Plus, HYSYS software • Expertise in thermodynamics and gas separation
