Role: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $75,000 – $120,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of customers. The role is part trusted advisor, part project manager — making sure customers get value from the product and renew because of it.

Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of customer accounts post-sale, focused on adoption and retention
Run quarterly business reviews and align product use to customer business outcomes
Drive product adoption through training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement
Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales to close them
Monitor account health metrics and intervene proactively on at-risk accounts
Collect customer feedback and feed product insights to internal teams

Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting
Track record of driving renewals and expansion in a B2B SaaS setting
Solid commercial instincts and comfort having business-outcome conversations




Hands-on with customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero) and CRM
Excellent written and verbal communication and executive presence
Empathy for customers and bias for proactive engagement
