Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $120,000 – $175,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Strategist to translate AI capabilities into business strategy. The role bridges executive vision and technical reality — finding the use cases that matter and shaping the path to deliver them.

Key Responsibilities
Define AI strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities
Identify and prioritise AI use cases across functions
Build business cases for AI investments and track value delivered
Advise leadership on emerging AI capabilities and competitive moves
Partner with engineering, product, and data on implementation paths
Develop AI governance frameworks and risk approaches

Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years in strategy, consulting, or AI/ML product roles
Strong understanding of up-to-date AI capabilities and limitations
Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
Experience shaping strategic narratives for boards and senior leaders




Comfort working across business and technical contexts
MBA or advanced degree preferred
