Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming information to the VP’s office
• Oversee the VP's schedule and email correspondence
• Draft reports, presentations, and other documents
• Collaborate with the leadership team to meet deadlines
• Conduct special projects such as audits or events
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Office Management or related field
• Minimum four years in a senior administrative role
• Experience managing executive calendars and correspondence
• Robust knowledge of office administration practices
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word
