Role: Project Coordinator

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $55,000 – $80,000 (USD equivalent), plus perks.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to keep cross-functional projects on track. The role supports project managers and team leads with planning, status tracking, and the operational details that decide whether projects ship on time.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers across multiple workstreams
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions for project teams
Track risks, issues, and dependencies and surface them to project leads
Maintain project documentation in tools like Notion, Confluence, or SharePoint
Support resource planning and basic budget tracking
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders on a defined cadence

Required Skills and Qualifications
1+ years coordinating projects in a structured environment
Hands-on with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, Smartsheet)
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail




Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfort working with cross-functional teams across time zones
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus, not a requirement
