Role: Data Analyst

Compensation: Market-competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $70,000 – $110,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Data Analyst to turn raw data into the insights that drive business decisions. The role partners with operations, product, and marketing — building dashboards, running analyses, and answering questions the business hadn't yet thought to ask.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Run ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and surface trends
Partner with stakeholders across functions to define metrics and reporting needs
Write clean, performant SQL queries against the data warehouse
Translate complex findings into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
Identify data quality issues and work with engineering to resolve them

Required Skills and Qualifications
2+ years in a data analyst or business analyst role
Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
Proficiency with at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)




Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus
Solid analytical thinking and ability to translate data into recommendations
Excellent written communication and ability to present findings clearly
