Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client relationships to enhance business growth
• Support team mentoring and assist account administrators
• Negotiate coverages, process transactions, and manage client needs
• Generate new leads by prospecting and increasing coverage
• Conduct marketing submissions to various insurers
Requirements:
• Level 2 General Insurance License required
• Relevant industry experience plus insurance designations preferred
• Solid networking and client relationship skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Broker Management Systems (EPIC) advantageous
