Become the cornerstone of member engagement as the Director of Member Services at our esteemed Club. Provide exceptional service and manage onboarding for recent members.
As a key player in member services, you will respond to inquiries, process applications, and support high-level administrative functions for the General Manager and Committees. Coordinating current member orientations and maintaining exact records are critical components of this role, ensuring a cohesive experience for all members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exemplary service to all members and prospective applicants • Process and verify membership applications accurately • Conduct new member interviews and facilitate orientations • Maintain updated membership records using Jonas Software • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for various Committees
Requirements: • At least 5 years' experience in a related administrative role • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and membership systems • Excellent communication abilities; both verbal and written • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality
