Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations for underwriting services • Analyze trends and develop strategies for enhanced performance • Guide underwriters on decision governance • Review high-stakes mortgage applications and limit exceptions • Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain service standards
Requirements: • 7+ years in residential lending and underwriting • Proven leadership in a financial context • Bilingual in English and French • In-depth knowledge of Quebec's real estate markets • Solid understanding of credit risk assessment
