Role Overview

We are hiring an Office Operations & Logistics Manager to run the operational backbone of a distributed company. The role spans vendor management, employee logistics, events, and the unglamorous-but-critical operational details that keep the company running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery
Coordinate employee equipment, shipping, and remote office logistics
Plan and run team offsites, summits, and events end-to-end
Manage budgets, expense workflows, and operational reporting
Maintain operational policies, runbooks, and standard processes
Support cross-functional projects that need operational ownership

Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years in operations, office management, or logistics
Robust vendor management and budget ownership experience
Hands-on with operational tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, expense management)




Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
Comfort with logistics, shipping, and event planning
Bias for documenting how things work and shipping improvements
