Role: Mortgage Loan Officer

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Market-competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $60,000 – $110,000 (USD equivalent), plus advantages.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to advise borrowers and close residential mortgage loans. The role combines consultative selling with mortgage product expertise — moving applications from pre-qual to explicit-to-close.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through realtor referrals, inbound inquiries, and outbound outreach
Pre-qualify borrowers and recommend appropriate loan products
Collect documentation and submit applications for underwriting
Communicate clearly with borrowers, realtors, and processors throughout the loan
Maintain compliance with TRID, RESPA, and other lending regulations
Manage a pipeline and meet monthly funding targets

Required Skills and Qualifications
Active NMLS license required
2+ years originating residential mortgage loans
Robust understanding of conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loan products
Familiarity with LOS platforms (Encompass, BytePro, etc.)




Excellent written and verbal communication
Track record of meeting monthly origination targets
