In this position, you will report to the Controller & Chief Accounting Officer, participating actively in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities. You will enhance your technical accounting expertise and improve financial reporting while building robust partnerships with Finance, FP&A;, and Treasury teams.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute monthly and quarterly accounting close processes • Prepare detailed variance analysis and reporting packages • Utilize AI tools to automate analyses and improve data quality • Collaborate with GMNA Controllership and FP&A; teams • Foster relationships to support sound financial decisions

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA designation preferred • Experience in financial close and variance analysis • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP principles
