As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will report to the VP of Atomization & Innovation while managing the entire design process for packaging and capping solutions. Your expertise in 3D CAD modeling, tolerance analysis, and product development will be crucial in ensuring high quality and functionality across various projects. Collaboration with suppliers and performance analysis is key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed 3D CAD models for product components • Develop mechanical solutions for vaporization device parts • Perform tolerance stack analysis for precision assemblies • Ensure compliance with design standards and documentation • Provide technical guidance and promote a culture of innovation
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering • 2+ years of CAD-based mechanical design experience • Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably Creo • Robust understanding of GD&T; and tolerance analysis • Experience with PDM/PLM systems, ideally Windchill
