Drive guest experiences as an In office Manager at Illuminated Escapes, Canada's premier glow-in-the-dark kayaking location. Oversee operations and ensure quality service at either Sunnyside Beach or Heart Lake Conservation Park.

This position offers part-time or full-time hours, where the manager is responsible for daily operational efficiency and safety. You will coordinate team activities, manage equipment, and create exceptional moments for our guests in a picturesque setting.

Key Responsibilities: • Process guest reservations and validate payments • Provide extraordinary customer service and support • Supervise all staff and activities on-site • Delegate daily responsibilities among team members • Maintain and inspect rental equipment regularly

Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Robust capability to prioritize and delegate tasks • Must handle equipment weighing up to 40 lbs • Comfortable swimming and working in water conditions • Previous leadership experience is advantageous
