We are currently looking for a heavy maintenance worker to be part of our dynamic team! Specifically, your daily life with us will look like: Maintain and clean the premises Keep the work environment clean Clean entryways and common areas Cleaning and performing maintenance duties Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required All other related tasks The ideal person has: Team spirit Punctuality and reliability Valuable judgment and priority management Good organizational skills Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions Good physical ability Required qualifications: Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset What will you be offered: Salary to be discussed Free parking Uniform provided Referral Program Sick days
