Farm Hand – Grain Farm (Seasonal)

Location: Gypsumville, Manitoba
Employment Type: Seasonal (May – November)
Potential for Year-Round Work

We are a grain farm located in the Gypsumville area seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Hand for the upcoming growing season. This is a hands-on role with a variety of responsibilities throughout seeding, spraying, and harvest.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating farm equipment (Rock picker, field work, auger tractor, grain trucks)
- Assisting with seeding, spraying, and harvesting operations
- Equipment maintenance and basic repairs
- General farm duties including yard work and grain handling

Requirements

- Previous farm or equipment experience preferred
- Ability to work long hours during peak seasons
- Strong work ethic and reliability




- Valid driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 considered an asset)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Physically demanding tasks
- Extended hours during busy seasons
