Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Brow & Lash Technician to provide high-quality eyelash and eyebrow services, including lash lifts and tints, brow shaping, tinting, and lamination. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, has a robust eye for symmetry and detail, and is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their preferences, customizing treatments to enhance natural features, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. The technician will also provide aftercare guidance, build client relationships, and stay current with industry trends and techniques.

Responsibilities

- Build robust relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized care.
- Consult with clients to understand desired brow and lash outcomes, assessing hair and skin suitability
- Perform eyelash lift and tint, eyebrow shaping (waxing, tweezing, threading), tinting, and lamination services with precision
- Customize treatments based on face shape, natural hair growth, and client preferences
- Apply products safely, monitoring processing times to ensure optimal results and prevent damage
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards throughout all services




- Provide aftercare guidance to support long-lasting results
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction, making adjustments as needed
- Keep accurate client records, including service history and sensitivities
- Stay current with industry techniques, trends, and product knowledge

Requirements

- Certification or training in eyelash lift and tint, eyebrow shaping, tinting, and lamination
- Proven experience performing brow and lash services with consistent results
- Solid knowledge of facial symmetry, hair structure, and skin sensitivity
- Ability to follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in application techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct client consultations and recommend suitable services
- Knowledge of product ingredients, contraindications, and patch testing procedures
- Time management skills and ability to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a client-focused approach
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and ongoing training

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
