Position Overview: As a Cabinet Door Production Woodworker, you’ll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You’ll work with precision tools, materials, and machinery to create beautiful cabinet doors that meet our quality standards. If you’re hardworking, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Operate woodworking machinery (saws, planer, sanders, shapers) safely and efficiently.
- Learn to sand cabinet doors ready for finishing to achieve a flawless appearance.
- Inspect work for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain production schedules.
- Work with experienced team members on two-person tasks

Requirements:

- Previous experience in woodworking or production work valued.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting,



and repetitive tasks.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
