REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Current Bronze Medallion or Bronze Cross certification
- Emergency First Aid + CPR
- Seeking candidates 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to clearly communicate safety instructions to guests.

Description
Slide Attendants work primarily at the top of the slide attractions, educating our clients on the rules to ride safely.
Enjoy a flexible schedule and the ability to set your availability to work.

Experience
Any experience working with children or working with the public would be beneficial. Bilingualism is a definite asset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the safe dispatching of riders on our attractions and educating our guests on safety rules for each ride.
- Ensure the admission standards and rules of the park are being followed by the guests at all times.
- Providing our guests with superior customer service.
- Provide general information on attractions to guests. Caution guests regarding unsafe practices and safety hazards enforce pool rules and regulations.
- Maintain constant surveillance and visually scan assigned area of responsibility. Walk the area to monitor activities, provide instructions, and prevent accidents.
- Direct clients to area they are seeking to go.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and safe area.




- Attend and participate in Staff Meetings and Training.

KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

- Ability to foster a team atmosphere and work well as a member of a team.
- Ability to organize work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust time management experience required with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills required.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of public interaction
- Ability to provide quality customer service.
- Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively at client site.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

- This position is outdoors in all summer weather
- This position requires frequent work in heat and sun.

- Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
