The Opportunity
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager plans, directs,
and coordinates the activities of the manufacturing engineering and quality departments.
This role serves as the technical bridge between product design and production, oversees the design of custom machinery, implementation of robotics, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains recent staff in the department.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
