nWe’re offering a newly renovated 300 sq ft studio-gallery space to a local artist or artisan interested in running their own creative business. This hybrid role includes use of the space as a private workshop and micro-gallery to sell art directly to the public. You’ll run it like your own business with full creative and operational control, supported by a salary plus profit-sharing structure.n

Key Responsibilities:

- Use the space as your creative workshop (painting, crafts, handmade products, etc.)

- Display and sell your original works through in-store displays or online
n
- Create and maintain a tidy, aesthetic storefront and customer-facing experience
n
- Promote your work via local events, social media, and in-store visits
n
- Optionally offer private workshops or art sessions to individuals or small groups
n

- Proven experience as an artist, illustrator, or craftsperson

- Strong portfolio of work and motivation to sell or exhibit

- Friendly, approachable, and community-oriented

- Self-motivated and responsible for running all aspects of your art practice
