Position Summary

nAssists in the leadership of the Front End and department processes, responds to problems and inquiries, and develops associates through teaching and training. Ensures a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.n

What You'll Do

- Providing excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, helping with purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns where appropriate.

- Ensuring safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed (safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, theft, etc.).
n
- Handling customer and associate concerns and providing guidance as required.
n
- Delegating, assisting, and following up overall front‑end operations, ensuring proper coverage and coordinating breaks.
n
- Reviewing completed schedules with People Lead.
n
- Touring assigned areas with the Coach and team associates to validate training opportunities, developing associates through teaching and training, and providing feedback.
n




- Ensuring solid communication with associates, leading the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift, providing team updates, setting goals, and tracking productivity (scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, charity events, etc.).

- Contributing to a safe, clean, hazard‑free work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures (completing safety sweep logs, securing displays and fixtures).
n
- Completing GTA/Workday tasks and supporting management.
n
- Partnering with Coach/People Lead to facilitate performance management and growth conversations for associates, and supporting recruiting and hiring new associates.
n

nThe minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $19.15.n
