The Successful Candidate Will

- have a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
- be committed to student-centered learning
- have the ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs

n

- have skills in using formative and summative assessment to guide instruction
- have competency in integrating technology to enhance learning
- be team-oriented and committed to building relationships with students, parents, and staff

n

- have the ability to demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including teaching upper elementary
- skills in teaching music will be considered a strong asset

In doing so, St. Paul Education became the only school division in Alberta to operate both separate and public schools under one board. The Division's religious, linguistic and cultural diversity is a source of strength and pride.

We serve 3627 students (K-12), including Catholic, First Nation,

Mennonite, Hutterite and Home Schooling learners. Our 19 definable school sites are staffed by approximately 230 FTE teaching staff and 300 support staff.
