Job Description

n

CEDA is seeking a Document Control Administrator out of our Fort MacKay Industrial Park shop. The successful candidate will act as the liaison between operations and Quality Assurance. They will be responsible for performing a full range of contract administration.

n

By representing CEDA in a skilled and skilled manner, document control Administrator will help drive our company’s success by helping service our internal and external customers through our mechanical service line.

n

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

n

- Strong understanding of document control processes and lifecycle management.
- Ability to create, review, revise, and archive documents accurately.
- Familiarity with version control and ensuring teams work off the latest documentation.
- Identifying gaps in documentation workflows and recommending enhancements.
- Able to manage multiple document requests, approvals, and deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of accuracy in data entry, formatting, and document tracking.
Role Specifications:

n

- 2+ years of related document control administration work experience
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint (and SharePoint, Bluebeam or other various client systems)
Skills:

n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy in data entry, formatting, and document tracking.
- Excels within customer service has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Quick learner, especially when it comes to computer programs
- Ability to work within fast-paced, dynamic and changing priority environments
