Position Overview:

nThis role offers immediate file carriage with support from senior Lawyers. The successful candidate will manage a varied litigation practice, with regular exposure to chambers applications, questionings, and court appearances.n

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare for and participate in mediations and pre-trial conferences
n
- Represent clients in chambers applications and court proceedings
n
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
n
- Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with procedural rules.
n
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
n

nQualifications:n

n
- Juris doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)



degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
n
- 2+ years with strong litigation exposure.
n
- Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
n
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
