A pivotal role in a great teamnThe successful candidate will contribute to the company's success by assuming the following responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead the trailer loading team.
n
- Ensure compliance with loading procedures and health and safety standards.
n
- Ensure proper use of equipment and resources.
n
- Maintain multiple data sources related to scheduled deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
n
- Actively collaborate with various departments such as customer service, planning, shipping, and carriers to promote effective coordination.
n
- Optimize delivery routes and loading order using the operating system, and complete shipping documentation.
n
- Monitor daily operations and resolve issues.
n
- Reconcile carrier invoices based on projected transportation costs.
n
- Work closely with the Customs Compliance Specialist to ensure proper export documentation for all shipments.
n
- Contribute to various logistics improvement and development projects.
n

- You have significant experience in transportation administration or a DEC (college diploma) in transportation logistics;
