Job Description:

nWe are seeking a highly experiencednOracle PLM Functional Consultantnto join our team for a remote engagement with milestone-based travel. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) modules and experience leading or supporting multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud/On-Premise PLM implementations.n

Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead Oracle PLM Cloud/Agile PLM solution design, configuration, and implementation.
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
n
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle PLM modules such as Product Development, Product Data Hub, Innovation Management, and Agile PLM.
n
- Support product structure, item master, BOM management, change management, and workflow configuration.
n
- Facilitate workshops, prepare functional documentation (BRD, MD50, test scripts), and support testing cycles (SIT, UAT).
n
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations,



extensions, and data migration.
n
- Provide best practice recommendations for product lifecycle management processes.
n
- Deliver training and post-go-live support to business users.
n

nRequired Skills & Experience:n

n
- Experience in Oracle Applications experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle PLM (Cloud and/or Agile).
n
- Proven experience innOracle Product Development Cloud, PDH, and Change Managementn.
n
- Robust knowledge of product structures, BOMs, document management, and PLM workflows.
n
- Hands-on experience with PLM integrations to ERP/SCM systems.
n
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and documentation skills.
n
- Prior experience working in manufacturing, hi-tech, or life sciences industries preferred.
n

nNice to Have:n

n
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (SCM, Manufacturing, Quality).
n
- Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud migration experience.
n
- Oracle certification(s) in PLM/SCM modules.
n
