Role Description

Part-Time Math & English Teacher (Ages 3–14)

nBest Brains Courtice is hiring a Part-Time Math & English Teacher to work with students ages 3–14 in a small-group, after-school setting. Perfect for certified teachers, tutors, or education students passionate about helping kids succeed.n

Responsibilities

- Teach Math and English to students ages 3–14 in small classes (up to 4 students).
n
- Follow the Best Brains curriculum and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
n
- Grade student work and track academic progress.
n




- Provide regular updates and feedback to parents and the center director.
n
- Attend teacher team meetings and training sessions.
n

Qualifications

nn
- Valid teaching certificate (OCT or equivalent).
n
- Minimum 1 year experience teaching or tutoring Math and English to children.
n
- Enthusiastic, patient, reliable, with excellent communication skills.
n
- Comfortable managing small groups of young students.
n
- Job type: Part-time, in person
n
- Pay: $19.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
n
- Expected hours: 6–10 hours per week
n

Schedule

- Tuesday: 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

- Friday 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

- Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
