Regions: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire An ambitious privately owned developer is looking for a Project Manager to assume responsibility of a c.£9m office to residential conversion. The project will include some structural alteration and new build elements along with service connections and drainage along with the sequencing of internal trades when fitting out.

Responsibilities
- As the project lead you will be reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager and be responsible for all in office activities to ensure the project is completed within time and budget whilst ensuring all health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience of delivering an office to residential conversion project is not essential; if not, you will ideally have delivered a mix of structural refurbishment and new build residential projects.
- The client is delivering similar projects across the South East and you will initially be responsible for a project in the Beaconsfield area.
